Refund Policy

Returns and refunds 

You can return your order to us using your local postal service or a courier.  

We are based in Italy, and we do not cover the cost of returns for our international customers. 

We strongly advise using a tracked service to return the parcel and keeping the tracking information for your reference. Make sure you enclose a completed returns form with your order.

If you don't have one, you can email us at It's essential that your return is well packaged and complies with all the conditions outlined in our returns and guidelines, which can be found here.

1) Returns and refunds In accordance withItalian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, ISEE SRL grants the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason, to be exercised through written communication using the template available at the following LINK (annex 1), to be sent within 14 days from the material acquisition of the item(s).

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to one or more items delivered. In the event of withdrawal and return of the items, the user is required to take reasonable care of the items and return all unwanted products at their own expense. 

Please note that the choice of the courier for returning the goods in the event of withdrawal will be the user's responsibility, as well as the associated costs. The Product must be returned unequivocally within 14 days from the date of the communication sent by ISEE SRL accepting the return. 

The User is responsible for the shipping cost for returning the item(s). 

The original purchase price of the item(s) and the shipping costs, except for additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a different type of delivery than the least expensive one offered by ISEE SRL, will be refunded using the payment method selected, within 14 days from the date of the decision to withdraw from the contract, provided that the User can prove that the returned items have been shipped and after verifying the condition of all items being returned. 

ISEE SRL disclaims any responsibility for any delays in crediting due to the banking institution or the type of credit card used for payment.

The item(s) must be returned in substantially intact condition (e.g., products must be clean, free of scratches, damage, dents, abrasions) and must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, components, and instructional materials contained in the original package, as well as any accessory, label, gadget, and other items received. In the absence of this, ISEE SRL reserves the right to request that the User refund the cost of the contested decrease in value. 

2) Defective Goods If the user believes that the delivered goods are not materially consistent with their description previously provided in the Order Confirmations, are incomplete, damaged, or defective, Articles 128-135 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 reserved for consumers will apply. The user, after sending a communication to ISEE SRL via email at and after verifying what was reported by the User, has the right to repair or replace the product, at no additional cost, if this is possible in relation to the number of available items for sale and provided that the replacement or repair is not excessively costly for the Seller in consideration of the value the product would have if it were not for the conformity defect and the extent of that defect.

 Alternatively, the user has the right to cancel the contract or reduce the price, according to the following provisions. The User is responsible for the costs of returning the product. The Manufacturer is responsible to the consumer for any conformity defect existing at the time of product delivery and occurring within two years from that delivery. The conformity defect must be reported to ISEE SRL within two months from the date it was discovered, under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty. In order toavail of the Legal Warranty, the user must provide proof of the purchase date and delivery of the goods. In case of contract cancellation, ISEE SRL will refund the price paid by the user, as well as shipping costs and any additional costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of the cancellation, using the same payment method used by the user. In case of a price reduction, ISEE Srl will refund the amount of the reduction previously agreed with the user. The Legal Warranty does not apply to products subject to customization, repaired, modified, or in any way altered by the user, as well as packaging, gadgets, and any other items sent together with the main Product. The right to warranty is in any case subject to verification by ISEE Srl of the defect and/or damage reported by the User: • It is clarified in any case that the products sold by iSee may presents mall imperfections and characteristics that, however, are not attributable to a manufacturing defect but to the uniqueness and material of the product, which is entirely handmade. Therefore, Users are invited to contact our shop via email at to allow us to verify the origin of any reported defects.

The type of product sold by ISEE Srl is subject to continuous demands that may result in physiological deterioration not attributable to a manufacturing defect. Natural deterioration of the product and/or its wear excludes the legal warranty. Therefore, in such cases, ISEE Srl reserves the right to verify the type of reported defect and exclude the operation of the legal warranty.


 Follow these steps: If you want to return the goods because you don't like them or are not satisfied, follow these rules: 

• Fill out the dedicated form following the provided sections. Prepare the glasses or accessories you want to return, complete with every delivered part, such as warranties, labels, shoppers, and/or cords or boxes included. Ensure that the goods are protected for transportation.

Once we receive the goods and check the contents, we will process the refund within 24 hours.
